Dedicated to the art of "made from scratch" baking and making the best-tasting desserts made with only the finest and freshest ingredients - like Belgian chocolate, strawberries and passion fruit. As far as we are concerned, there just is no other way to craft the "most excellent" sweets.

Fulfilling a life-long dream, Marlene graduated "with honors" from Robert Morris College's Culinary Arts Program. It was a lot of hard work, but well worth it and overall a wonderful experience. Part of the curriculum was hosted and completed in Florence, Italy! Marlene found it an easy place to fall in love with the culinary arts and is still thrilled to have been tutored by Italian pastry chefs. Today, you will easily find her still baking, decorating and working alongside the team.
